This year was full of recovery in many real estate markets and market growth is predicted to continue into 2017. California is leading the charge. Earlier this year it was reported that California is home to 12 out of the 15 most expensive cities in America. San Francisco, Newport Beach, the Bay Area, and Orange county are some of the most expensive areas in the country.

Fremont California has been identified as California’s friendliest city and San Diego is one of the trendiest. Millennials and Gen Xers dominate California’s markets and they are just getting started.
