The heavy construction work, framing, insulation, rocking, and siding was completed by sub contractors I hired. All the interior finish work was completed by myself and my wife Kathy. This included me milling and installing all the window, door, floor and ceiling moldings, the custom painting and making and installing the custom floors at the foot of the stair case and in the kitchen. I built the cabinates for the fish tanks, the fireplace mantle, surround and hearth, the bathroom vanities and the counter tops for them. I also built the dresser in the master bedroom closet. We also completed all the landscaping, which was done by hand except for 3 large stones which weigh over 750 pounds(the rock guy set them close to in place with his truck boom) The link for the yard is on the bottom of page 2.
